Monitoring and Billing
The Restcomm platform lets you monitor the traffic of your Business Customers and bill it accordingly.
Session Detail Records (SDRs) represent the Voice and Messaging sessions generated by an organization or a user. This feature is designed for Communication Providers to aid the process of monitoring and billing the traffic of their Business Customers.
Restcomm's Account API makes it easy to do billing reconciliation by supporting billing tags to be passed in the core network messages, in the various protocols and be persisted in the Call Detail Records (CDRs).
